Experience
With collectively over 20 years experience of letting property in and around Norwich, in 2003 the decision was taken to let properties on behalf of clients. City Lettings was formed and commenced trading in 2004. A small operation with big aspirations. The owner has experience of working for a top FTSE 100 company where he successfully ran a customer service operation with 150 staff and a £300m turnover. As an industry, the combination of property management and customer service never seem to go hand in hand and we aim to conquer that challenge.

Maximising Your Income
We recognise that an integral part of our role is to maximise your rental income. In order to do this we provide free property improvement advice at the start of the tenancy to ensure you get the best rent. We turn references around promptly to ensure you get your first tenant in your property with minimum delays.

At City Lettings we are great believers that prevention is better than cure and therefore to reduce the length of void periods we do our utmost to ensure that your tenant is happy and will remain in your property as long as you want them to. To do this we provide a 24hr helpline to support them in the event of emergencies or even the most basic of property maintenance issues.
