In 2004 Phil set up City Lettings after spending 20 years at Norwich Union Insurance working as a Senior Manager. He has gained the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and in 2011 passed his Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property. Phil is passionate about property and keen to drive the business forward with a desire that the business will continue to grow rapidly yet maintain its local reputation for customer service excellence.

Lucy is the Lettings Manager at City Lettings responsible for the overall running of the Lettings portfolio. She has been with City Lettings from 2006 coming from a property lettings background with Bidwells in Norwich. Lucy has passed the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and is an individual licensed member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents).

Emma is a Senior Lettings Negotiator at City Lettings, case managing a selection of properties within the portfolio. In addition, Emma has recently taken on the additional responsibility for the new Student Accommodation department. Emma passed her Technical Award in Residential Lettings in 2010. Emma joined City Lettings in 2009 coming from Lincoln where she worked with the franchise of Belvoir Lettings. Whilst there Emma set up Student Living (Lincoln) which was formerly the student department of Belvoir.

David is a Lettings Negotiator at City Lettings, case managing a selection of properties within the portfolio. David joined City Lettings in August 2008 when he relocated to Norwich. David previously worked for Aldreds, based in Great Yarmouth, again working in the Lettings sector.

Wiola is a Lettings Negotiator at City Lettings, case managing a selection of properties within the portfolio. Wiola joined City Lettings in April 2011. She moved to the UK from Poland in 2004, where she worked in the Lettings Industry. Wiola regularly broadcasts in a property slot on Future Radio. She is looking to pass her Technical Award in Residential Lettings in 2011.

Di works with our managed property business, ensuring all legislation is complied with and properties are maintained to standards. Di works part time on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Di joined City Lettings in April 2011 from a background in the financial sector. Di has a great deal of property management experience having managed her own property portfolio for several years.

Sue works with our managed property business, ensuring all legislation is complied with and properties are maintained to standards. Sue currently works part time on a Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Sue joined City Lettings in 2005 and has been influential in helping shape the business and enhance the reputation that it has today.

Sarah, who is a partner in City Lettings, is responsible for the day to day financial management of the business and for ensuring that client money is handled in accordance with ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) standards. Sarah works part time on Monday, Thursday and Friday within the business.
