Poor Advice
In the unlikely event that you are poorly advised or misled in anyway then City Lettings have full Professional Indemnity Insurance through Homelet, nationally recognised experts in the industry.

Keeping Your Cash Safe
City Lettings keep all client money in separate Client Accounts and undertake regular internal checks to ensure the smooth running of these accounts. Larkin and Gowen are employed as our Accountants to further ensure that we have robust financial management procedures in place. In addition, City Lettings are members of a Client Money Bonding Scheme which simply means that should anyone misappropriate any funds then the client is always protected and reimbursed.

Tenant Referencing
We are agents of Homelet, the largest lettings referencing company in the country. Together we ensure that the tenants we put in your property are trustworthy and reliable.

Contracts
Our Terms Of Business and Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements have been prepared in partnership with PainSmith Solicitors. PainSmith are industry recognised experts in Landlord/Tenant Law and our agreements conform to Plain English guidelines and meet the Office Of Fair Trading guidelines in respect of the Unfair Terms Regulations. In addition, we subscribe to PainSmith’s Legal Helpline giving us instant access to legal advice.
