Our Requirements
As we said, totally upfront – this is all we need from you when together we find the property you want:

1. Proof of Id – this can be in either the form of a passport, driving licence or employer’s photo id.

2. Proof of Address – a recent utility bill is the most acceptable form of proof of address.

3. Application Fee* – an application fee of £185 (inc VAT) is required (this can be in the form of cash or cheque).

4. A Bankers Draft or cash covering the agreed deposit (usually one month’s rent, although this can be more if pets are required) and the first month’s rent which is payable monthly in advance.

*The application fee is to cover the referencing by a third party supplier and the
Agent drafting the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and checking you in and out of the
property. If the reference is not satisfactory as an individual, but is acceptable with a
Guarantor, then a further fee of £30.00 (inc VAT) is payable to facilitate referencing of the Guarantor
by the Agent.
