Tailored Packages
Letting your own property can be very complicated and some aspects may be more “appealing” than others. For example you may enjoy maintaining the property, but have absolutely no desire to get involved with referencing your tenant.
That’s why at City Lettings we tailor our service to meet your requirements so if you would like us to provide you with an inventory, reference a tenant or simply draft a new contract for you then that’s what we will do. We pride ourselves in meeting you exact needs!

We do have three “off the shelf” services, Property Management, Rent Collection and Tenant Finding, but that is as far as we go, apart from that you can select any module of our service to build a letting package to suit you!

Charges Tenant Finding - 75% of the first month’s rent Rent Collection - £100 initial set up fee and 9% of monthly rent Property Management - £100 initial set up fee and 11% of monthly rent. Corporate and multiple property discounts are available, please ring for details.
