City Lettings is an independent family run Letting Agency based in the heart of the fine city of Norwich. 

City Lettings are members of ARLA (Association Of Residential Letting Agents) and as such voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of conduct and working practices.  Unlike a lot of other Agents, we do not sell houses.  This enables us to focus purely on Residential Lettings and because of this we have developed a recognition in the market place for our expertise.  

The team at City Lettings collectively have over sixty years experience of letting property and all of the full-time staff are either ARLA qualified or studying for their ARLA qualifications.  

Surprisingly the Lettings Industry is unregulated.  Why entrust one of your biggest assets, your property, to someone who has no qualifications, no insurances and who belongs to no recompense scheme?  At City Lettings our staff are qualified, we carry professional indemnity insurance, we have client money bonding insurance (which protects your money) and we are members of the Property Ombudsman.
